Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — US only for now.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@moonstill.cc as soon as possible. We'll do our best — but if the order has already shipped, we can't make changes.

Products

Are these products safe to use every day?
Yes. All Moon Still tools are designed for daily use. Start slower if you're new to any of them and increase frequency as it feels right.

Do the electric products come with a warranty?
Yes — 30 days. If anything stops working or arrives defective, we replace it free of charge.

Do I need any special knowledge to use these?
No. Every product comes with a quick-start guide. If you have questions, we're reachable by email.

Returns & Refunds

What if my product is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days. We'll send a replacement — no questions asked.

Can I return something I've already used?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Customer pays return shipping. Email us first to arrange it.
