Shipping

All US orders ship free. No minimum. No exceptions.

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

We want you to feel the difference. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no questions asked.

For change-of-mind returns: items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us first at hello@moonstill.cc to initiate a return.
