Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All Moon Still orders ship free within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the time your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — sign up for our email list to be notified.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email with a link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at hello@moonstill.cc and we'll look into it immediately.

Returns & Replacements

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If anything arrives with a quality issue, we replace it. No return required. Email hello@moonstill.cc with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Email us at hello@moonstill.cc within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.

Products

Do the products require charging?
It depends on the product. The Electric Scalp Massager is USB rechargeable. The Breathing Pacing Orb plugs into USB. The Sunset Lamp plugs into a standard outlet. The Mini USB Diffuser plugs into any USB port. The Weighted Sleep Mask, Acupressure Mat, and EMS Foot Mat have no charging requirements.

Are the products safe to use every day?
Yes. All Moon Still products are designed for daily use.

What essential oils work with the USB Diffuser?
Any standard water-soluble essential oil. Add 3–5 drops to the water reservoir. Popular choices for evening use: lavender, cedarwood, bergamot, chamomile.

How long does the Acupressure Mat take to feel comfortable?
Most people find the first 2–3 minutes intense, then feel it transition to warmth and deep pressure release. Start with a thin layer of clothing between you and the mat if you're sensitive.

Orders & Account

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email hello@moonstill.cc immediately with your order number.

I haven't received my order confirmation — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email hello@moonstill.cc with the email address you used at checkout.
