Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All Moon Still orders ship free within the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Most US orders arrive in about 3-8 business days once they are on the way. Product pages may show more specific timing when an item has its own warehouse or carrier route.

Where do orders ship from?

Moon Still is a small US-run brand. Some items ship from our US warehouse partners so we can keep shipping free and get orders moving without holding a giant warehouse ourselves.

Returns and replacements

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unused and in the condition they arrived in.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We replace quality issues. Send your order number and a clear photo to support@moonstill.cc and we will help make it right.

Product notes

Is the EMS scalp massager safe for everyone?

What are the candles made from?

Our candles are soy wax based, selected for a cleaner evening ritual feel and a softer burn experience.
