Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Moon Still pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return. Email us at hello@moonstill.cc (or use our Contact page) with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send return instructions. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Hygiene & personal-care items. For health and safety reasons, certain wellness and personal-care products can't be returned once opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Cancellations. Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full; once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
